Our self-paced courses are designed as a place to start when exploring your relationship with food. Life can be busy and abundant - we get it. Choosing a self-paced course allows you to do this work on your time, and gives you access to the care we provide to our one-on-one clients at TNC.

Intro to Intuitive Eating
Cultivate a peaceful relationship with food, mind and body - learn to trust your body again. In this self-paced course we will guide you through each of the Intuitive Eating principles and invite you to get curious with your relationship with food.
Nourishing with Neurodivergence
Understand about the complexities of nourishing your neurodivergent bodymind. This is a self-paced course for ADHDers who want to gain understanding on why they may struggle with eating and learn practical skills to integrate into their daily life.
