What We Offer
-
We provide medical nutrition therapy through a weight-inclusive lens for humans living with chronic health conditions. This may include Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia. Our approach supports nourishment and well being without focusing on weight loss or restrictive plans.
-
Intuitive Eating is one of the approaches that guides our work as intuitive eating dietitians. This framework supports rebuilding trust with food and your body while moving away from diet rules and external expectations. Through this work, clients are supported in developing a more peaceful and flexible relationship with eating that honours their own definition of health.
-
Food struggles are often shaped by the broader social and cultural systems we live within. In our sessions, we invite conversations about body image, body politics, and the realities of existing in a world that may not treat all bodies equally. We support clients in challenging harmful norms and finding ways to exist with greater safety, comfort, and self compassion.
-

We support humans across the spectrum of eating disorders and disordered eating in a space that strives to be free from judgment around body size, shape, identity, ability, or food choices. We believe recovery is complex and deserves comprehensive care, and we can facilitate connections with other health care providers as needed.
