When you are experiencing disruption within your relationship with food and body, it can feel like you're navigating it alone.

Our support groups are a space to share stories with humans doing the same work and foster meaningful connections. Our groups create an inclusive space for you to share your experience and truly feel seen. We keep our groups small so we can hold brave, vulnerable space and grow together.

Support Groups

Intro to Intuitive Eating

Learn about the self-care framework of Intuitive Eating in a supportive group environment. This group meets weekly for eight weeks.

Done with Dieting

A group for all humans who are done with dieting and ready to have more ease with food. Join us and begin to nourish your body and your worth. This group meets weekly for four weeks.

Collective Conversations Membership

Connect with a group of amazing humans in this monthly membership who are all divesting from diet culture and reclaiming their well-being. Incredible healing takes place when we come together as a collective and share our experiences.
