Frequently Asked Questions

  • Every week, your group will focus on a different topic and focus on questions from your group members. This is a space to share stories with other real humans doing this same work. There are no slides/presentation, and you are not required to take notes. It’s facilitated by a Registered Dietitian who cares about your well-being. We may share worksheets or resources with you each week but you are not obligated to complete these each week.

  • We keep this group to a small number so we can share food and body stories in a brave and vulnerable space. In the past our groups have typically had 5-10 people in them.

  • Individuals could be at any stage of healing their relationship with food. The purpose of this course is to really start the excavation of exploring your own lived experience and creating a foundation of self-compassion. There is so much value in bringing together folks that are new to this space and others that have been on their own journey, we learn from each other!

  • Unfortunately, sessions are not recorded to respect each individual’s privacy. If you are unable to attend a session please email your facilitator as soon as possible.
